“John has solved all plumbing issues I've had at my Oceanside home since I met him 6 yrs ago. I trust him completely with any plumbing work. He recently replumbed my entire house and replaced the water heater and boy am I happy with his work. He replaced the small 1/2" pipe with 3/4" and now the hot water shows up much quicker at the faucets. Loving it. John is a straight shooter. He does what he says he will do, when he says he will do it, and always shows up when he says he will. You can't do better. He is a small business with him doing the work. What you get becasue of it (and I'm a small business owner as well so I know it first hand) is the pride in doing the right job. He's not punching a clock working for a big company and knows it all reflects on him. Everything. For that you get a first class service. “Pieper Plumbing is AMAZING. Over the years, we've needed a plumber to... Install new water wise toilets, Water wise faucets, a whole house water softener and... a water heater.. Well, after 13 years of faithful service our old water heater finally started to leak. We called Pieper Plumbing to install a new water heater. Despite the fact that we called on a weekend morning, Pieper Plumbing was there within an hour with a brand new Rheem 50 gallon water heater. Within no time they the old water heater was removed, a new heater installed (complete with new drip pan, expansion tank etc).

If you have a plumbing problem, there is no better plumber out there than Pieper Plumbing. They are consistently professional, reliable, knowledgeable & prompt. Moreover, they are consistently fair in regard to their pricing- even on a weekend!”

He showed up to my house on time unclogged the bathroom sink, installed a new garbage disposal and replaced an old cracked pipe that would surely have needed a return visit in the near future. He replaced both flanges in the double sinks and answered all my questions with patience. His prices were more than reasonable and he cleaned up after himself every step of the way. Beautiful job! “I had an accumulation of projects and problems that I had John Pieper handle for me. These included replacement of a faucet set, replacement of a bar sink and faucet, replacement of a toilet, and repair of a leaky shut-off valve. Previously, I had talked to a couple of the bigger plumbing companies that had crews from which they sent plumbers. I realized that the companies were lax on training and some of the plumbers lacked experience and were short on knowledge. I decided to find a local plumber that had been servicing Fallbrook for years and was a one-man operation. My reasoning was the overhead would be lower and my price should be correspondingly lower (it was); the plumber could not survive through the years if he was not good and honest; and he would likely be very experienced and knowledgeable. After looking at some of the on-line reviews, I selected Pieper Plumbing. A great choice. John Pieper is professional, arrived on-time, and did an awesome job at a very reasonable price with no angst involved. Clearly knowledgeable and experienced. Very refreshing compared to the other "big" companies I had dealt with in the past.”

John showed up promptly to look over the job after first calling him, then made an appt for the next day to actually do the work... and he showed up right when he said he would. Nice guy, clearly knows what he is doing. Installed a new pressure regulator and replaced the gate valve with a ball valve (gad those gate valves are horrid!). Done within an hour. “We contacted Pieper Plumbing recently when we have a hot water pipe spring a leak. John came out and fixed the leak pretty fast. He also gave us some great information on some problems we had been having with the water heater. The heater was nine years old and was about to die. John gave us a great price on replacing it. Today he replaced the heater and man does it work. While he was here he took a look at some other water problems we have been having. We had a couple of other plumbers look at these problems and they didn't do us right because we still had a problem. Once again John fixed problem. “I had called them first thing in the morning and the owner John took my call. My plumbing problem was a broken copper pipe for the hot water to my kitchen sink from the night before, and I had to turn the water off at the street, as I was unable to repair, thus I needed someone out this morning to repair.

He told me he could be there at 11:30 am and do the repairs. He was busy that morning, but he'd squeeze me in, and to me that's customer service at its best. John arrived early, repaired the problem in quick order, and I have to say I'm very pleased with his quality of service. In fact, I have him providing a quote for a few other plumbing projects that we'll be scheduling shortly.
